Client Testimonials

I have known Jacqui for several years through various shared interests, and more recently, I’ve had the pleasure of working with her on improving my mindset. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me identify and let go of what no longer serves me, allowing me to focus more clearly on the priorities that truly matter.

As a business owner, I face a wide range of stresses and challenges. Jacqui has not only supported me in streamlining my business structure but also helped me take control of the factors within my reach and manage the anxiety that often comes with uncertainty about the future.

Each session with Jacqui leaves me feeling more grounded, open-minded, and optimistic, with a renewed sense of direction. She approaches her work with professionalism and empathy, creating a supportive environment where it genuinely feels like a collaborative journey rather than a solitary struggle.

I met Jacqui at a workshop, being seated together we had an instant connection. After the course we became friends, and I have had the pleasure of following her in her journey to get to this stage of helping people through her cognitive healing process.

About 3 years ago she asked me if I wanted to help her with a part of her course and have some coaching. I was shocked in that one session how not ready I was for what was coming. I spoke to her and apologised at not being ready and she said that’s fine I will always be here when you are ready.  Well after 3 years I finally sat back down on that green couch, and I have to say it’s been life changing.

I struggle with processing things and letting go of things I don’t feel are fair or unjust, Jacqui helps you process and letting go of the most random things, stuff you didn’t even know you were harbouring. She gives you the tools to see things in a positive way and helps let go of the things you have been holding on to.

I have had ear infection after ear infection over the last 3 years and had countless doctors and specialist appointments. In my first session with Jacqui, we talked about me not being heard and sometime how I feel that my opinion doesn’t count, after this session and knowing the triggers that cause my ears to hurt, I have been able to keep on top of having any infections.

In her sessions she takes what you see as a negative discusses how this can be a positive. Since seeing her I see things in a much different light now and times when I am struggling with knowing how to process something my favourite saying is ‘what would Jacqui say’

Jacqui is the kindest soul, and our sessions are always judgement free, and I feel safe talking and sharing things with her.

Over the years I have tried the conventional psychology, and it has always had a short-term effect for me but this type of coaching therapy with Jacqui has had a much bigger impact and I feel that what I take away from my sessions is invaluable.

I can highly recommend Jacqui for anything you might be struggling with. Sessions with her are like talking to your best friend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had a number of discussions with Jacqui over the years around our mutual experiences in corporate training and development, and have also seen firsthand the positive impact Jacqui garners as a coach within our sporting community. So after a chat about her professional coaching pathway, I was extremely curious to find out more, what it meant, what was the process and what she was trying to achieve.

Jacqui has a great space set up to provide a comfortable, quiet and uninterrupted discussion. I hadn’t gone to see Jacqui with a specific issue in mind other than I was just curious about the process, yet Jacqui brings such a calm presence and humour to your interactions that naturally leads to openness and frank conversation. Jacqui is skilled at leading the discussion enabling you to hone in on areas of friction that you might not even know are there.

Our sessions identified some subconscious issues which I didn’t realise had made such an impact on me; how I thought, how I reacted to situations past and present, and how I interacted with people present day.

With this knowledge Jacqui coached me through methodologies that helped alter my mindset, effectively resetting my response to things that have previously triggered a subconscious reaction from me. I am now more mindful of situations as they occur and feel empowered to make an intentional decision around how I react and feel responses to these thoughts and situations.

One thing that really stood out to me during our sessions is the sense of freedom once you identify and then let go of something that had been holding you down, something you might not even know was there. That sense of floating, freedom from anxiety, burden or pain, knowing that this could be your everyday state of mind. I am thankful to Jacqui for sharing her knowledge, helping me understand and implement a practical process that helps me bring consciousness to what I am feeling, to achieve self acceptance and to let go of things that are outside of my control.

If you are unsure whether to give this a go, I would strongly recommend working with Jacqui. You have nothing to lose except those very things that inhibit you from living your best life and that is well worth it.

From the moment I connected with Jacqui Crafter, I knew I was in safe, powerful hands. I was initially drawn to her through a recommendation, while navigating a period of deep self-doubt and feeling stuck both personally and professionally. Something about Jacqui’s presence—her calm strength, her authenticity—immediately resonated with me.

Working with Jacqui has been nothing short of transformative. Her energy is grounding, compassionate, and fiercely intuitive. She holds space with such care and clarity that I always felt both deeply seen and gently challenged. Every session left me feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to my inner compass.

Since beginning coaching, the shifts in my mindset and energy have been profound. I’ve reclaimed confidence I didn’t even know I had lost. I’ve made brave decisions, let go of old patterns, and stepped into a version of myself I’m proud of. Even small wins—like setting boundaries or following through on personal goals—have felt monumental because of the support and insight Jacqui offers.

One moment that will stay with me was when she reflected something I had said back to me—not just the words, but the truth underneath them. It was like hearing my own power for the first time. That insight sparked a ripple effect of action and self-trust that I’m still feeling today.

To anyone feeling stuck, unsure, or questioning whether coaching is “worth it”—I can’t recommend Jacqui highly enough. She is a rare kind of coach: wise, warm, grounded, and utterly committed to your growth. Working with her was one of the most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you, Jacqui, for walking beside me, holding up the mirror, and reminding me who I am.

I first reached out to Jacqui during my pregnancy, when I was feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and the pressure of managing not only my own expectations but also those of others around me.

I didn’t realise how much I was carrying until I started speaking with her.  Jacqui supported me through some of the most important and emotionally intense moments of my life – becoming a mother.

I struggled to process the births of my sons and the shift into new parenthood.  Jacqui helped me gently uncover and understand the deeper concerns that were sitting just beneath the surface.

She never rushed me and always brought clarity to what felt confusing or heavy.  There was something incredibly healing about sitting on her couch and talking.  It felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders every time.  Often, I’d leave our sessions feeling like I had just had the most restful nap – lighter, clearer, and somehow reset.

One of the things that stands out most is Jacqui’s ability to get to the root of how I was really feeling, even when I wasn’t fully aware myself – or trying to avoid it.  Her intuitive nature and calm presence helped me break things down in a way that made sense and gave me tools to manage my emotions, both in the moment and in the bigger picture of motherhood.

Jacqui provides a space – emotionally and physically – where truth can be spoken openly and without judgement.  She held that space for me not once, but during both my journeys into motherhood, and I’m so grateful to know exactly where to go when anything starts to feel out of alignment again.  Her support has been nothing short of transformative.

I first came to work with Jacqui through connections in Softball, this is also where I learnt that Jacqui also worked with others in helping with Body, Mind and Soul.

What drew me to working with Jacqui, was I was stuck in a place in my life where I was kind of in a rut. I had been sadly made redundant twice in 5 years, and was coming out of a job, which had left me stressed and to be honest quite angry and mentally burnt out. So after having a chat with Jacqui, she explained that she had made the decision to now focus her time on helping others with changing their mindset, and working to release any negative energy.

Now I have to be honest, I wasn’t to sure if this whole thing would work, but after going through her 5 week programme, I can honestly say that where my mind is now at and my way of thinking has changed completely, from where I was at previously. One of the major thing Jacqui explained was that people live on different Frequency levels…and that it wasn’t a bad thing if others weren’t the same as me. What I needed to do to help myself be in a better mindset, was to surround myself with others who are on the same frequency level.

Jacqui also went on to explain how our minds work and what happens to those who have a positive mindset and create themselves a positive space around them. Having then gone away and tried to create this for myself, I soon saw the difference in my own mindset and way of thinking. Now also being somewhat of a short tempered person by my own admission, Jacqui has also shown me tools I can use to centre myself, if I find that things are starting to get to me and causing some frustrations in life. This has been one of the most important things I’ve learnt, and still use constantly today, well after our sessions came to an end.

The part that made working with Jacqui so easy was our sessions were all done in an environment that was comfortable and very relaxing. We held our sessions in her little office she has just outside her home, which was quiet, and walking in felt very welcoming. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to clear their cloudy mindset and looking to try and create a positive mindset, to give working with Jacqui a go.

After a few of my coaching sessions where I was telling Jacqui I just felt like I needed a break from the world, no phone, no drama, no nothing she said let’s do it. I said what do you mean she said you just pack a bag and when I collect you, we will switch of the phone and go! Well, we didn’t disappoint!

I was collected on a Monday morning, I had lightly packed but took some things like a journal, water colours and a colouring book. We got on the road and took the very scenic route to Mt Gambier stopping at beautiful places on the way to take in all its glory. Chatting all the way.

On arriving at Mt Gambier, we arrived at Jackleen House, which is Jacqui’s beautiful wellness property, Jackleen House is a picturesque country cottage on a gorgeous green garden with lots of fruit trees and wildlife. This cottage has a calming vibe and has the feel of home. It has all the facilities you would have in any hotel or B&B but has the added feel of just calm and tranquillity. Jacqui showed me to my room which had a queen-sized bed and lovely character furniture, we settled in had a cup of tea then popped to the supermarket for our supplies. While driving round the area you quickly see it has a different energy. I found it very calm and quiet. We returned and settled in for the evening.

Day 2 we ventured down to Port MacDonnell which had beautiful coasts and sandy beaches, as Jacqui grew up in that area her local knowledge is fantastic and interesting. We stopped for a coffee and cake then went on to the Caroline pine forest. This was a very tranquil drive through the pine trees while finding all kinds of wildlife kangaroos, emus even an echidna foraging, I would say we spent 4 to 5 hours just venturing and stopping when we needed to soak up all the good energy. We had tea on the way back to Jackleen House and just chilled in the evening chatting about the day and what a fabulous day it had been.

Day 3 we ventured out to what Mt Gambier is famous for the stunning sink holes. This had a different but equally as amazing energy. We travelled around again stopping where needed to sit and process. Again, a very chilled and relaxing experience.

Day four was the trip home which was a different road so I had the experience of the scenic road on the way down and the more direct but equally as pretty way home.

Today as I sit here writing this what did I get from this solo retreat, well I got a recharge, I got to not worry about the day to day stuff, I got to ground myself, I got to chat about things that weren’t work or everyday life, I got to laugh out loud about the messages we received, I got to enjoy the special energy from the different experiences across the 3 days. This retreat is like no other I have experienced it was therapy but not therapy. I came home feeling like I had experienced such a shift, something I can’t explain but was such a positive for me. This for me was because what Jacqui offers is unique to you, she knew what I needed from my coaching sessions with her and tailor made our trip to suit.

If you need to just chill and be at one with nature then this is for you, if you need to let go of some “stuff” you are holding on to then this is for you or if you want to go away with some friends and be treated to something you will always cherish then this is for you. Jacqui is a guru in her field, and I can’t recommend her coaching and now retreats enough.

My recommendation – book now!

Even though I have known Jacqui for many years, it took me a little while to actually sit down with her (on the green couch) and shift some of the negative energy that was no longer serving me.

I had seen her work with other individuals (both adults and children) many times and have success in being able to “shift the stuck stuff” but wasn’t ready to explore this personal growth for myself until just recently.

Jacqui provided a safe space for me to identify & release blockages making me feel more balanced, grounded and a whole lot lighter. She never tells you how to feel or put words in your mouth but gently guides you in a compassionate and non-judgemental way to come to the conclusions all by yourself.

She is always smiling and calm and her focus is on supporting people to make positive changes in their lives wherever they are at in their journey. She does this through various means including the use of energy and vibration, teaching them tools to help improve their mindset and assist with their overall wellbeing.

Jacqui loves nothing more than helping people live their best life so if you’re feeling a bit stuck and not sure why or feel like you need some direction, I can definitely recommend Jacqui’s sessions to help get the clarity you need.
